Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your bike or accessories in the original factory packaging to ensure everything remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger eBike frames.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
